EBB36 VZBOT VZ235 VZ330 MOUNT - NEW BEACON DUCT

HI,

I would like to share my adapter to mount BTT EBB36 on VZ Alu Printheads.

It is designed for:

BTT EBB36 V1.2 + VZHextrudort LOW PLUS + MOONS Stepper and Alu printhead. I did not test it with other motors like LDO (height may vary).

What you will need:

1. some m3 screws; 
2. nylon m3 nuts x2
3. heat inserts m3; 5mm
4. 3mm alu to cut spacer for dacing man - or just print attached adapter.

I highly recommed to print all parts from ABS…

Adapter is needed to make more room for ebb36. not much space will left but everything fits perfectly. Wires like heater - please connect before. 

im adding redesigned fan duct - no supports required, longer, with more room for Cartographer3D probe connector. 

Positioner will help you to mount straight DM - not required. 

im adding also new cable holder - but it will not fit to vz235 without modification. my top lid is higher than default.
