The boxes my be scaled to different sizes subject to the following limitations:

Length

The boxes may be scaled 0.65 to 2.0 in the Y axis (along the axis of the hinge) without problem. Larger and smaller scaling may be possible before you get problems with printing the hinges depending on the accuracy of your printer and type of filament.

Width

You can up-scale in the X axis to the full width of your print bed but you must scale the Z axis (height) by the same amount in order to keep the hinges circular.
It is not recommended to reduce the scale in the X axis because the hinges will probably stick (this is why I have provided different size boxes in the X dimension). Edit the box or use ABS if you really need a smaller width.

Height

You should not scale the height without adjusting the X axis by the same amount in order to keep the hinge circular. If you need a different height then the bottom of the box may be extruded downwards. It is recommended that you extrude the bottom face of the hasp (catch) by the same amount rather than using support. Support should not be used because if it gets printed inside the hinges it may stop them working smoothly.

Printing

The boxes have a large area in contact with the print bed which can encourage lifting of the edges and warping of the print. Ensure that you have a good coat of adhesive on the print bed. If you have a heated bed then it should be hot. I use 50c for PLA, 80c for PETG and 90c for ABS.
The hinge pins have 0.5mm tolerance. I found that printing in PLA caused the hinges to stick however they can be freed easily with a bit of gentle force. The hinges print well in PETG or ABS.
The box is designed not to require support. Do not use support as it may clog the hinges,
0.25mm layer hight is recommended.
The catch is designed to be secure so that the box does not open accidentally. You may need to adjust the catch with a file or sandpaper if it is too tight for your requirements.
