HYPERFORMA_Floatwheel ADV Rail Guards - 3 Parts Split Design

These parts have an original design and were designed directly on the ADV Standard CAD model provided by Tony from Floatwheel.

It's similar to the original Design by Tony, but optimized for 3d printing, the external surface is completely flat, except for the logos.

The middle piece is available in 3 options:

• clean 

• compatible with the handle (no need to remove it) w optional cover

• w mounting holes fo the handle

you can print what you prefer and opt for a different solution between right and left.

I've designed the ADV Logo and HYPERFORMA Logo on the bottom of the print, no support is required for printing logos that lie on the side of the printing surface.

Double sided water resistant adhesive tape (like VHB 5952) is recommended to apply the guards on the rails.

Every piece fits in a 220x220 mm build plate.

UPDATE 25/01/2026: added a small clearance gap to the middle pieces to account for the tight tolerances.
