Creality K1/Max Extruder Upgrade BMG Gears (Artis3D) Fixed

I have slightly increased the diameter of the heat insert holes to prevent plowing plastic when melting them in. I also added bracing to the mounting tabs so that there is no flex. Finally I added material to the lever and eliminated the spring. This was useless anyway, as you could not access it. I used an M3 screw and M4 washer to hold the lever tight against the body. You do not need to print the checkmark part at the top to hold the lever open, because it will be held in place.
