Here's my version of an ornamental wind mill to enjoy 3D printing combined with some off-the-shelf hardware assembly.  You will need a skate board bearing (8mm x 22mm x7mm), 4 3mm-0.50 x 10mm SS screws, 2 zip ties, and ~25-30 cm of ½" PVC.  I suggest mounting the wind mill on an 8 foot green metal stake available in most home centers.  Recommend using a wood block to tap the blade root and bearing into the threaded hub.  The tolerance needs to be tight (press-fit) for wind mill stability.  Tie the saddle to the PVC pipe with two zip ties at the approximate C.G. of the assembled wind mill.

A bit of superglue may be needed if necessary.
