This is a pocket hole jig with bronze guide inserts.
I placed 4 drilling holes, so you have a lot of spacing options.
It also has some center screw holes so you can use a screw and washer to hold the jig down or, of course you clamp it if you wish.
It has markers for the thickness of the wood piece you're working on.
You set the depth with the adjustable collar on the drill bit
Here is a guide for setting the depth.

These are the bronze sleeve bearing inserts and Pocket Hole drill bit (links below). They help guide the drill, and its modeled so the drill bit won't hit the plastic. The bronze inserts can be pushed in and fit snug. There is an internal lip for the edge of the bronze inserts to stop on. These sleeve bearings are self-lubricating as they are impregnated with oil. Bronze helps to provide great strength. I do add a little additional lubricant to the internal sleeve of the bearing.
Bronze is the perfect choice when your project requires superior metal strength. Bronze is very hard and durable.
Bronze is known to show very low friction against other metals, making it a perfect material for certain machine parts and metal on metal applications like a Pocket Jig.
Bronze 3/8" ID X ½" OD X 1-Inch. You can cut your own if you have the correct dimension pipe.
