Ender 3 V3 SE/KE Rail Clip Tool Organizer

Remix of @RamahDoug's tool rack made to be clipped onto the right rail of the Ender 3 V3 SE/KE. I cut the bottom of the tool rack off to make it less weight to be held up, but made it removable so that you could pull the whole thing down if you wanted to.
