MakerBot Replicator 2 Hemera Extruder Carriage Adapter

I had an old Replicator 2 collecting dust. It always had extrusion issues so it sat.

This design fits the E3D Hemera (technically, I used the Trianglelab Matrix). 

Hardware needed:

• 3x plastic heat set M3 inserts
• assorted M3 screws

I reused the existing 5050 radial fan from the Rep2. I used a the new 40mm fan included with the Matrix.

No parts need supports. The MAINBODY has support material built in, for the rear 2 motor mount holes, and the radial fan area. Easily removed with pliers or cutters.
