Toilet Seat Screws (More compatibility)

My brother asked me to print this toilet seat screws which are hard to find in ASA.

This type of toilet seat screw is designed for Bemis, Mayfair, and Church toilet seats with STA-TITE. It can fit on other toilet seats but the space for the upper part must be large enough.

The design was done with Fusion 360 and requires no support. Depending on your printer, a brim may be required to print the bolt. To prevent the Bolt from breaking, it is best to print it flat.

New and extras :

• A bolt with a tighter part for the head and an easier to screw part for the nut.
  There is also a section that can be used for a small adjustable wrench to help screw and glue the head if needed.
• A smaller head to make it more compatible with other toilet seats.
• Following another recommendation, I added another bolt compatible with 4mm heads in two sizes. The tolerances are the same and there are notches on the heads in order to make it easier to screw the heads onto the bolt. You can also add glue if you find it relevant.
• The washer and nut have a little more tolerance so that the washer can rotate more easily with some plastics.

0.2mm layer height,
3 perimeters,
8 bottom and 8 top solid layers,
25% Grid Infill

No supports needed.
