Fatbike fender designed specifically for Lauf Carbonara fork but also works with many other rigid fat forks. Made from two parts which can be glued together and attached to the fork with zip ties. Front part is asymmetric to not interfere with a front brake hose.

It meant to be printed in vase mode with 0.6mm line width. Model have integrated thin cuts which will fuse inner and outer sides together and provide additional rigidity. Preview slicer output before printing: layers it should look like in 3rd image without any extra travel moves. Just a single continuous spiral for the whole part.

Front part should be rotated 180 degrees before slicing. Rear part will require 250mm of build volume height, make sure your printer can handle this.

After printing you'll need to cut holes for zip ties. Those holes there modeled as “bumps” on part surface to avoid breaking vase mode spiral, 4th image. Use side-cutters to cut those flush to the surface, see 5th image for example.

Glue two parts together, insert 4 zip ties into holes and attach to the fork.

Best printed with 95A TPU. PETG or PLA will work too, but in my experience, fender will become brittle after a season of use. And in case of crash stiff plastics may shatter into sharp pieces. So I really recommend to use TPU, it's indestructible and not very hard to print even on bowden-style printers in vase mode.
