Wyze Cam Pan v3 Prusa MK4 Mounts ("Low Profile" included)

After visualizing this great design Slide-in Wyze Cam Prusa Mount by NorthStrider, I completely redesigned with Fusion 360 a new, more rugged version in order to support the weight and mobility of the Wyse Cam Pan v3.

Printing does not require any support and the cable management is also available in this project. 

During the design, I always had in mind to use less material and not to use any support during printing. The profile that fits into the aluminum extrusion has been modified to provide a tighter fit.

I've also included my Prusa slicer project (.3mf), as I've adjusted all the Seam position and some changes in order to get a better impression.

New and extras :

• I had a special request to create a "Low Profile" mount to see the nozzle as quickly as possible. In addition, my goal was to keep all the advantages of cable management while remaining solid.

• You need to enter the flat part of the USB cable first for cable management, as I made the opening as small as possible.

Print instructions

Easy print, any material, I did it in PETG.

0.2mm layer height, 3 perimeters with Cubic Infill.

No supports needed.
