Print in as high of detail as you can.

I used a few models that I could find to make these resources and designed the meat model myself. I added an alternative meat model if you just want the white on the top and bottom and don't want to deal with the sleeve/outer cover. The gem was just scaled down to around 10% of the original. I hollowed out the milk bottle and added an insert so that I could print in clear for the outside and add a milk insert. I did a filament switch after the base so that the bottom would match the clear of the rest of the bottle. I liked the way this looked but you may like the basic bottle from the original in all white better yourself. The ingot was just resized a bit. Cheers!
