This is just the diffuser disc that fits the Tony Stark's Wearable Arc Reactor.

 

Can you do it yourself? Probably, it's just couple of minutes on Tinkercad.

Is it faster to download it instead? I think so!

Two versions available: 2mm and 4mm. The 4mm fits perfectly and the lid closes BUT it was easier to use the 2mm version to fit the WS2812 strips inside of the housing. 

 

Tranpsarent filament, 20% infill and lightning pattern for a fancy look.
