A screwdriver rack that sits nicely onto the Raaco tool wall panels.
Can be locked place in using a 3x10 mm screw.
To print this you need 3 parts.
2x Single Universal Clip
1x Screwdriver rack
Print with PETG - 4 perimeters
Infill amount at your own preferences.
There is no fancy connection, just a square tap that fits into a square hole. With the tolerances on my printer (not fine tuned) I don‘t need any glue, but if it’s too loose when you print it, just give it a dap if superglue and you should be fine.
I‘ve chosen the simple square connection to make it easier for you to design your own custom tool holder. All you need is to make af square hole into your part that is 10x10x10 mm.
In that case you can just download the Single Universal Clip and utilize it for your custom parts.
Add a 3 mm “countersink” above the hole if you want your custom tool holder to be flush with the wall.
I've made the rack this size to fit onto my Prusa Mini.
I can fairly easy make larger versions later for bigger print beds.
The author remixed this model.
I’ve used the same design for the clip/lock into the wall panel, but made a uniform square tap for connecting a wider range of tool holders using the same lock design.
