Dispensador de Flux de 19 mm. 19 mm Flux Dispenser.

Mi diseño para un dispensador de flux de 19 mm de diámetro.

My design of a Flux dispenser for 19 mm tubes.

Se necesitan dos tuercas m3, un tornillo de 3x16 mm y otro de 3x90 mm.  Yo no tengo ahora ese tornillo asi es que he utilizado uno más pequeño mientras llega el que tengo pedido.

You need two m3 nuts, a 3x16 mm screw and a 3x90 mm screw. I don't have that screw right now so I used a smaller one while the one I ordered arrives.

Recomiendo un relleno mínimo de un 60% para que el brazo tenga resistencia.

I recommend a minimum filling of 60% so that the arm has resistance.

Para empezar hay que roscar la rueda de ajuste en el tornillo de 90 mm. 

To begin, you must screw the adjustment wheel onto the 90 mm screw.

Despues meter el eje giratorio en el brazo con una tuerca en su interior.

Then put the rotating shaft into the arm with a nut inside.

Seguidamente roscar el tornillo largo a traves del brazo y de la tuerca para que este quede aprisionado. Por último roscar el empujador en el tornillo. 

Next, thread the long screw through the arm and the nut so that it is trapped. Finally, screw the pusher into the screw.

Si se quiere, añadir unas gotas de pegamento en la cabeza del tornillo y en la rosca del empujador para fijarlo.

If you want, add a few drops of glue to the head of the screw and the thread of the pusher to secure it.

Para una correcta impresión hay que imprimir el brazo con soportes en la zona del eje asi como la rueda de ajuste.

For a correct print, you must print the arm with supports in the axis area as well as the adjustment wheel.
