Enclosure active heated chamber system incandescent lamp with thermostat switch to keep chamber temperature at 60C

This system keeps my enclosure temperature at 48C-58C. Heats up my DIY enclosure for CR-10V3

150W incandescent light bulb heats up the enclosure, and KSD301 thermostat switch OFF around 58C and turns ON around 48C. Keep the enclosure temperature warm enough to print ABS. I bet this is the cheapest way to heat up. And also lit up inside the enclosure SUPER bright.

You need to print BOTH parts with ABS, not PETG. You dont need support

1 x 150-Watt A21 Incandescent Light Bulb $3

1 x Any 2 wire powercord. Cut off one side of extension cord $1

2 x tiny zipties $0

How to make it

1, Connect powercord to lamp holder

2, Take out hot wire (black side not white) from the middle of the powercord, cut, splice, climp female spade connector on both side.

3, Connect female spade connectors to both side of KSD301 Thermostat

4, Slide in wired KSD301 into the thermostat holder.

5, Use tiny zipties and keep both side wires to the thermostat holder

6, By using screws, attach the lampholder and KSD301 thermostat holder to the enclosure.

Caution

At first, I used KSD301 Thermostat rated at “60°C”. But then my enclosure temperature went up to 70C and it still didn't turn off. I thought this is too hot to print so I replaced it with “50C” one.  I think you can use 100W light bulb for smaller enclosure.
