UPDATE: I've used 4inch duct for few days, but I felt like its restricting flow so I switched to 6 inch duct. You can use this design if you absolutely need to use 4 inch duct but I recommend 6 inch duct. I designed an adapter for 6 inch duct

Connect Frigidaire FRA113PT1 portable air conditioner with 4inch flexible dryer duct.

I bought this portable AC used, it didn't come with the duct or duct connector so I made this connector. Print with ABS or higher temperature resistance filament. Even with ABS, surface is little bit melt after one summer season. Don't print with PLA, it will sag after only 30mins of use. I wouldn't try PETG. Probably best material is Nylon.
