Make this replacement filter mount as a friend of mine ‘accidentally’ thrown away hers when replacing the filter. 


it is probably ok to print in PLA. However, as I have no idea how hot it is inside a purifier nor how close the filter mount would be with heat generating elements, I made it in PETG to avoid unwanted heat deformation.

  • Layer Height: 0.15mm

  • Printer Bed Size: at least 22cm x 21cm x 10cm

 

Additional Parts to be sourced (Vitamins)

  • Cylindrical Neodymium magnet 8mm in diameter and 3mm in height to be inserted to the magnet slot after the print. The magnet is essential for triggerring the magnetic detector of the air filter for its proper function.
