Printing Settings:  

  • I used Overture Matte PLA:  https://amzn.to/3wxdw7p
  • 3 wall layers
  • 35% in-fill
  • 0.2mm layer height
  • Some Parts print best with supports but not required

Please note that each printer may print slightly different.   It is a good idea to print one part to test the fit on the carbon arrow.  The parts should be snug but able to move with pressure.  You do not want them loose or sliding around.   If needed apply scaling when you slice the parts.   You can always add a dab of hot glue to secure a loose piece.

Use the full length of the recommended Carbon Fiber Arrows (31 inches) – no need to cut them down.   Most of the parts placement is determined by their location on the arrow shafts.   The motor mount, battery tray, and front wing mount will all be touching.   Use the photos and video as reference for placement.  As with all Slow Sticks, you can move things around to your liking or as CG may dictate.
