Quest 3 Lens Frames for Pico 4 Lenses (VR Optician)

This is an adapter to use existing Pico 4 lenses from VR Optician on a Quest 3 VR headset.

After printing I had to carefully cut away some blobs on the outer side part that clicks inside the lens frame of the headset to make it fit.

Be careful when installing them, the bottom part snaps off very easily.

Print parameters

• Layer Height: as small as possible (I used 0.1mm)
• Infill: 15%
• Supports: needed
• Detect Thin Walls: enable if nozzle > 0.2mm
• Material: PETG recommended (PLA and ASA didn't work well)

EDIT: After having to reprint the v1 over and over again because it kept breaking I made small adjustments to hopefully increase the rigidity of the thin parts. I also added fillets to allow a better grip when removing the lenses.

I used the template to build adapters for my Pico 4 lenses.
