For those interested. I have posted the before and after pics of the UV maps. The one with less details is the original. I used image2image with inpaint twice. I first made a mask over the map areas on the lower left-hand side of the screen and had it rework the map with more details. I then placed that new picture in image to image and used inpaint again to mask over the grey areas and create carved Sith symbology over a wooded texture. Lots of differential control. Works slick. Could do this as many times as needed for complex uv maps that are folded/unfolded in seemingly random ways. Recreated and Added the screen shot of the stable diffusion page and my settings for the first stage.
Side note: Always Remember to right click on the image you make and for shits and giggles do a visual search. It's amazing how often you will find something that is better and can be used recursively.
Circled the options i used and added some red lines to dilleniate probable use cases.
