The Voron Design Calibration Cube: a precision tool tailored for optimizing your printer settings to achieve the best results when printing Voron Design components. Designed following a comprehensive set of design principles, this cube and all other Voron Design printed parts are optimized for our specified settings, ensuring high-quality prints.
Recommended Print Settings:
- Material: ABS
- Infill Patterns: Choose from Grid, Gyroid, Honeycomb, or Cubic
- Infill Density: 40%
- Layer Height (LH): 0.2mm
- Extrusion Width (EW): 0.4mm

Tuning Guide:
- Dimensional Accuracy: Verify the cube's dimensions are exactly 30x30x30 mm.
- Overhangs: Utilize the Voron logos on the cube's sides to assess overhang performance and determine proper part cooling.
- Pressure Advance (PA) Tuning: Using the 90deg corners of the logo and on the cube itself to help you check if your PA values are set correctly.
- Bridging Quality: Examine the bridging capabilities inside the cube.
- Bearing Fit: The top hole accommodates a 625 2RS bearing (identical to the V2.4 Z drives), and the bottom hole is designed for an F695 2RS bearing (the same as used in the Trident/V2.4 gantry), both to be pressed in.
- Ringing Assessment: Check for any ringing along the X and Y axes by examining the opposing sides marked with X and Y symbols. After evaluating these aspects of the calibration cube, you'll be equipped to adjust your printer settings accordingly, addressing any issues identified during the process to enhance the quality of your prints. Note: It is not mandatory to print VORON cube as a first print, or for a serial request video. But it's a nice tradition.
