Awesome design! I ended up using a box cutter to free up the blade portion and clean up the ends of them. Worked great! Had to make a second o e because I got careless and opened it with a lot of force and the tip got stuck out. Tried to force it back on and it snapped. But the second one absolutely 0 issues very smooth slide the blade in and out several times. HS Silk pla, 3 wall loops, iSANMATE red/black, 220 nozzle temp, 55 bed temp, 4 hours to print. Very very happy with this design.
