This was a complicated fix.  Many individual parts needing to be fixed in their own particular way.  No Ctl J - make manifold for this doozy. 

Things to consider: split it and print it in two parts.  Or just use my gcode with organic supports and leave some of the supports inside as they will probably look like arc reactions. 

Individual parts needed to be enlarged and moved to connect to piece as a whole and not be floating.

individual parts exported and fixed in meshmixer and brought back into model.

the wire wraps were a nightmare.

overall .6 offsets in meshmixer. 

Recarve letters that were filled in during offsets.
