If you print as per picture you should need no supports.
Handle and scoop prints separately, then clicks together.

Added scoop and handle combined file.

I've printed it in pla, but for longevity and strength I'd recommend petg.

If you print it in two separate parts, make sure you increase the infill % at the joints, or even make it solid.
