I took a G36 CNC hopup block, This is the BLUE CNC hopup chamber that you can find under many different brands depending on the store, but they are all the same (5KU, Big Dragon, JJ Airsoft, ProWin, Emerson....).
I realize that there are many similarities between the alignments on the original block and I say to myself that there may be something to do with this track.
So I'm presenting here a housing to be able to install this CNC block in the mosquito in order to correct all the defects of the original 3D-printed hopup block.
You'll first need to modify the dimensions of the hopup block as shown in the image:
Remove 3.3 mm from the front of the block (barrel side)
Remove 4.2 mm from rear of block (GB side)
Enlarge GB nipple window to 7.5mm
Once modified, the block should measure 48mm
Print it as oriented.
Put in a m3x10 grub screw and a nub (I made a nub with 2 pieces of 75ShoreA flexible filament glued together just for testing)
Assemble it all, the housing with a hole for the assembly pin with the Front_Housing and Receiver
NO misfeed, NO doublefeed, NO jamming, FPS consistency, full auto OK.
