Cable clips

I used PETG as it was for my car, but PLA should be fine as well. wall thickness is 1.2mm, print upright using perimiters. You can also scale them in Z direction, to make them longer. This is 30mm. use brim for better bed adhesion, but prints ok without. Use cutout corner to insert cables.
