Description

PDF

A generic mounting block to attach to the Ender 3 S1. You will need slightly longer screws, M5x20 work fine. Max. screw head diameter is 10 mm.

The piece is designed for the left corner, but of course you can simply mirror it.

I took inspiration from this model by @BramDriesen, but modelled it myself based on the printer front geometry only.

The angles are quite precise, which is important if you want to mount something flush to the side of the printer. One of the images shows what I use it for - attaching a Raspberry Pi to my printer.

Any feedback is very welcome, since I am completely new to sharing what I design and build :-)

// 12.02.2024 Re-Upload because I realized a tiny mistake where the bottom of the model wasn't exactly parallel to the floor.
