I love the quick swap kit for my Snapmaker, and realized it gave me a good opportunity to free up some storage space in the drawer where I've kept all my spare parts and heads.

With the layout of my work area, I preferred not to hang something on the wall (if you want to do that I'd recommend Snapmaker Quick Swap Toolhead Wall Mount by Jason Harkins | Download free STL model | Printables.com), and I couldn't hang them off the back of my machine (if you want to do that I'd recommend Snapmaker Tool holster by MrGPM - Thingiverse). I took inspiration from both of those designs to make my own version from scratch which locates each head above and outside the machine, but keeps them fully inside the footprint of the enclosure to save space in the shop. In particular the form factor draws heavily on MrGPM's design since I love how easily it aligns the backplate. As a benefit of using the enclosure rail, this design is hardware-free. I've also embellished each holder with an icon showing the CNC, Laser and 3D Print head for a cool visual identifier showing which head is currently on the machine.

I found that the T-slot profile at the base is the only thing that needs some minor support to prevent it from sagging and losing its shape since it needs to be aligned to match that 45deg angle on the top rear L-profile of the enclosure
