The attached model was created to mount 10" Haul Master pneumatic tires to the legs of a pizza oven table and a gardening table using ¾" EMT conduit with Maker Pipe threaded inserts. The plate is designed to use 3/8"-16 bolts both through the center hole and the wheel mounting holes. 3/8" x 1" OD flat washers work for both the wheel mounting bolts and the bottom of the mounting plate recess - which was created to allow the hex head of the bolt for the threaded inserts to be flush with the tire mounting plate. The model was created in Fusion 360 (Maker's License) and the CAD has been included for tweaks. The model was sliced in Prusa slicer for printing on an Mk2S using the “fast” mode (layer height 0.35mm) as this was a prototype print for me for fit-up. Hatchbox PLA was the filament setting in the slicer, 20% infill, and supports from the base plate to support the center recess on the bottom of the plate (although the slicer did not indicate a need for them). Print time was approximately 3 hours as sliced. I used a bed temperature of 60C and a nozzle temp of 215C for first layer and 210 for all additional layers (just seems to work for my particular set-up this way). Adjust for your set-up accordingly. The conduit “cup” fit pretty snuggly around ¾" EMT that was purchased from Home Depot. The inside of the cup can fit a 3/8" x 7/8" flat washer. The intent was to use a Maker Pipe threaded insert in the conduit and bolt through the bottom of the printed plate to secure it.
