I printed mine at .28mm. I printed with both my .4 and .8 nozzles and they printed about the same grip on paper. the .4 was a bit stronger…I think.
In the photos you can see the 2 new designs (sloped sides and 2 top layers. The right is the old design. No slope and only 1 top layer.
The model has the teeth overlapping. This is because when you slice them you will get a slight gap. If I design it with the gap, it prints much larger. This is due to print resolution.
I included step, f3d, and 3mf files.
