Since I was too cheap to buy the optional HEPA filter & fan,  lights, switch and external power supply with the Prusa Enclosure, I looked around and found the BentoBox v2.0 air purifier/scrubber system and decided to give it a try.  However, there was no secure way to mount the existing design inside the Original Prusa Enclosure; so I remixed the Fan duct that was originally designed for a Voron.

Please read the Differences of the remix compared to the original section below for details on how to use this remixed part.

I also came up with my own internal lighting solution and externally mounted on/off switches for the lights and filtration system.  Here are links to the other stuff I designed to work with the Original Prusa Enclosure.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

I converted the “fan duct Voron_Trident.stl” file into a solid object in FreeCAD and modified it to fit into the inner chamfered edge of the Original Prusa Enclusure frame.

I added pockets for magnets on the bottom and back sides of the part.  The pockets on the bottom edge closest to the chamfer are shallower and will require the magnets to be super-glued into place. These magnets will sit proud of the bottom of the part and keep the fan duct level on the uneven bottom surface of the Prusa Enclosure.

I also added a screw hole in the middle of the chamfer on the part that aligns with mounting holes in the chamfered edge of the enclosure frame.  I used a spare M3x4 mm screw from the Prusa Enclosure build kit to secure the fan duct in place along the right front side of the enclosure. With pressure you can use the M3 screw to self tap hole threads, but PETG treads pretty well with a screw tap and a drop of Super Lube oil.

*If you are going to use the mounting screw option, you could just print three 4x2 mm cylinders and glue them into the shallow holes on the bottom of the fan duct.

There is more space available on the right side of the enclosure with the Prusa Mk.4 printer installed, so my remixed fan duct was designed to mount on the right side (front or back) of the enclosure.  I moved the hole for the fan wires accordingly.
