I purchase these bulbs to use in my Tensor lamp, a type of light fixture that uses automotive bulbs with BA15s bayonet bases. They come in a crappy albeit compact package, so I created a nicer version that's only slightly bulkier but much more satisfying to use. I could spend all day inserting bulbs into these dedicated slots. Maybe one day after I retire, I'll do just that, and I'll send packages of these sturdily-packed bulbs to all my friends.
I tested my design with the bulbs that I linked to, which are type 1133, but it should work with any BA15s ampule. The walled version has a lip on top so that you can stack multiple copies on top of each other, at least when using 1133 bulbs. I like to use the no walls version as a lid for the walled version because I'm vain and I like to show off my automotive bulbs to all my friends, of which I assure you that I have many. But they don't come around anymore as often as they used to ever since the storm.
Printed with PETG on a Bambu Lab X1C, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2 layer height. Pretty basic print.
