3D Printer Maintenance Organiser box

Purpose of this project was to neatly organise 3D Printers maintenance items in one place.

• Isopropyl alcohol
• Lubricant 
• Scraper with replacement blades
• Hot-Bed Wipe
• Nozzle Wile

For small inserts to fit tightly but be removable 0.02 tolerance worked best with PETG. 

For "Bottle Holder" infill I'm giving T0.15 since bigger parts seem to need a bit more.

Base box has no tolerance hence I suggest printing the box first and then Hot-Bed Wipe insert and see how it fits. If you would like more/less tolerance let me know in comments.

Box inserts are made to work with Scrapers that can be downloaded from my profile.

Tissue insert for Hot-Bed is designed to work with regular folded paper tissue piece (kitchen towel) surface wiping tissue (22x22cm) 

Nozzle Wipes insert is designed to work with 1/8 of same tissue. But really, Just cut any paper tissue to fit your needs.

I used 0.4mm nozzle and 0.3mm Layer Height print settings.

I suggest printing the bottle insert upside down for textured look.

Bottle Holder is designed to fit “Super Lube” 85g tube and “OXO Good Grips Chef's Squeeze Bottle - Small - 180 ml”

If you have specific size bottle of ISO or Lube and would like a custom insert let me know in comments and Ill create custom insert for you. Alternatively, skip on printing bottle insert.

For scraper replacement blades there is space under “Scapers” Insert.

There is small (22.5x19x21mm(h)) storage space under “Nozzle Wipes” insert as well.
