A little case for the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52 DK Development Kit. This case specifically works with the nRF52840 development kit, others might fit as well.
The board should “snap” into place, it sits quite firmly in the case itself and is held down by additional screws. Make sure to use an insulating washer for the screw close to the reset button to avoid shorting it out. Leaving the screw out entirely should be fine as well or you could use one of those fancy Nylon screws as well.
Please consider liking the model and posting a Make :)
The author remixed this model.
The original model used pegs to locate the development board, but it was just held in by friction. The remix uses heat set inserts and M3 screws to secure the board in the case.
Furthermore, the remix changed the size of the cutout at the USB port, since the newer development boards come with a different style of coin cell.
Generally I created this model from scratch, but the idea is still from the original model.
