This is a tape dispenser I designed with a bit of modern look to it.
The first model has a cavity in the bottom to allow weight to be added. The cavity is large enough to hold up to 4 rolls of pennies and has a sliding cover to hold them in. The tape roll is changed by unscrewing the top retaining knob. The model does not need supports for the main tape arms but it does for the bottom cavity. I had the best luck with slim tree supports.
The second model has no cavity in the bottom for weight. It is a more simple print because there are no supports needed. I felt this was a bit too light for a regular use tape dispenser, but some may prefer this style.
The cutter will cut the tape as printed, but I found that sharpening the teeth with very fine sandpaper makes it cut better.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
