Unflippable Small Dog Bowl

My elderly dog tends to push his food bowl around and eventually ends up flipping it over onto the floor. This is an attempt to produce a bowl which he won't dump out. As well, by providing a large surface around the edge for him to place a paw on, he ends up standing on the brim and holding the bowl in place himself.

The bowl is 4" diameter and around 1 1/4" deep. Just about right for a small dog or cat. The outside diameter is ~7 7/8" (200mm) to fit within the bed of most 3D printers.
