Those of you that use a Dillon Square Deal press are aware that the press uses 5 different size guide pins that hold the cases in position when the shell plate rotates. Likewise, depending on the caliber being loaded various combinations of shell plate, dies and locator pins are used. This flags allow you to easily identify the pin number as well as allow you to easily remove the pin and replace them when you need to. If you use this press, you know what I'm talking about.

When slicing, pause at the layer where the numbers begin and switch to a contrasting color if desired.

The flags are designed so that they protrude the press at a convenient angle so putting them in or removing them is easy. Simply press the correct number pin into each set of flags and use according to the setup table for the caliber in use.

NOTE:

Here are the settings that I used:

  • .20 mm layer height
  • .4 mm nozzle
  • 40% infill
  • 6 Perimeters
  • Rafts: No
  • 4 Layers top and bottom

I used PLA+ to print these for the additional strength. I also plan on trying two colors of TPU depending on well these hold up.
