Vernier Calipers

I designed a set of calipers that allow for measurements of 0.1 mm precision.

The calipers have all the normal bits: internal and external measurement arms as well as a depth gauge.

The scale allows you to read up to 0.1mm, but the accuracy is dependent on your print quality. 

The slider has a hole for a tension screw or heat insert for a bolt.

Printing Instructions

• Use the smallest nozzle you have available.
  I designed this with the intention of using a 0.25mm nozzle. I have not tried it with a 0.4mm nozzle.
• 0.2 mm first layer, 0.1 mm layer height.
• No supports needed.
• Use tags to hold down the sharp corners if you have bed adhesion issues. There's an example in the photos and 3MF files.
• DO NOT USE BRIMS OR RAFTS. Those are a pain to remove later. I know from bitter experience.
