A simple, fast printing toothbrush case with vents, a smooth print in place hinge and simple locking mechanism.

Inner dimensions 19mm x 28mm x 15mm

Can be printed in PLA or PETG

You can print at any layer height but I found 0.2mm to be the best quality to print time ratio.

Print with NO supports, NO raft, NO brim

takes only 24min @0.2mm with Prusa Mini+

There are two files:

tight hinge tolerances (0.25mm) - needs a bit of joint exercise after printing (but no fiddly joint)

loose tolerance (0.5mm) - the joint should move smoothly as soon as you take it off your printer
