3D Print Settings:

• Material: PLA or ABS
• Layer Height: 0.2mm for a balance of print speed and quality
• Infill: 20-30% for a sturdy structure
• Supports: Required just for the counter holes.

Instructions for Printing:

1. Download the .stl files for the pegboard tiles and custom pegs from our profile.
2. Load the files into your slicing software.
3. Select PLA or ABS as the printing material based on your preference.
4. Adjust print settings according to the provided recommendations (layer height, infill, supports).
5. Print the required number of tiles and pegs as mentioned in the .pdf file.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Refer to the provided .pdf file for detailed assembly instructions and drawings.
2. Pay attention to the file notes, as they contain crucial information about specific tiles that need to be printed multiple times. Some tiles are similar and serve particular functions within the pegboard system.
3. Arrange the printed tiles in your desired configuration to form the rectangular pegboard.
4. Use super glue to securely attach the tiles to each other for additional strength. Apply the glue sparingly to avoid excess spillage.
5. Mount the assembled pegboard on your wall using 16 wall screws. Ensure proper alignment and use appropriate anchors if needed for added stability.
6. Insert the custom pegs into the designated slots on the pegboard, creating a tailored storage solution.

Additional Notes:

• For wall mounting, 16 wall screws are required. Ensure they are appropriate for your wall type, and use anchors if necessary for a secure installation.
• The use of super glue between the tiles enhances the overall strength and stability of the pegboard system.
