Aquarium filter

I made this for my custom 1L desk aquarium since there are no small filters that really fit into the aquarium.

had some trouble getting the tubes to be watertight but some glue did the trick.

printed in PETG with temps on the high side to get the best layer athesion so the whole thing is watertight.

dimentions:

                      box: 10 x 10 x 14,5 cm 

                     13 x 13 x 17 cm including closing mechanism and pipes

printed on Prusa Xl (0,60 nozzle).

supports: organic standard prusa settings with automatic paint on supports 

some sanding might be required.

I glued the Upper part filterhousing into the boddy as the Custom O-ring didnt really close of completely (I will probably make another model but round to get around this problem).

the pipes are glued inplace so they are sealed aswell.

U need 4 closing tabs, on the bottom is a little bump sand this off until it fits perfectly (its is made a bit high to accomodate diffrence in height due to supports.

needet for assembly:

         4x m3 nut.

         4x m3 bolt.

         1 pump.

          some 8 mm tube (max lengt is about 1 meter for flow).

          aquarium safe glue/sealant

optional: ( adaptor 8-6 mm tube)

                 2x 6 (or 8) mm valve for better service and startup.

                 6mm bendable tube to make in and outflow (for in the aquarium).

For use:

                  Make sure u place this under the aquarium otherwise it will not work.

                   decrease the lenght to the smalles possible length to get the best flow.

                   assemble first without the toplit to make sure u have everything watertight as this                      will eventually drain your aquarium from water.
