US License Plate Cover

This is a license plate cover I made for my Miata, but I am including blank models so that you can put whatever text you want onto it.  I've included a complete model, but there is also a model that is split into 2 pieces with a dovetail to slip them together.  I recommend using JB quick or some similar epoxy to glue the 2 parts together.  To hold this onto the vehicle, I use M6 countersunk hex head screws from McMaster Carr.  You should check the particular length needed for your vehicle but I utilized 16mm length for mine.  Keep in mind that for this kind of hardware, the specified length on McMaster is the total length of the fastener, not just the threaded portion.

I printed this with ASA and would recommend that, but PETG may work if you don't live in a super hot state.
