This bracket uses the circuit board from a generic USB 2.0 to SATA adapter and turns it into a nice and tidy solution for mounting your SSD inside a C64 Breadbin case. The SSD Sled allows you to quickly remove the SSD from the case and attach it with a similar adapter to your PC to transfer your files.
Print Settings:
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Perimeters: 2 or 4
Support: Not Needed
Additional hardware required:
1 x Generic USB to SATA adapter (USB 2 version)
2x Screws to mount the bracket to the C64 enclosure (I used 2,90 mm X 5.40mm. There are two spacers included that can also be resized in your slicer if required)
4x Screws to mount the SSD to the sled (6 mm)
PDF with Build instructions is included in the other files down here.
Note: Although I suspect that all those SATA adapter PCBs are the same or at least fairly similar. There is a chance that your PCB is different and thus won't fit. Please let me know if you encounter a PCB that doesn't fit.
