Dust Shoe for CNC Step High-Z

This dust shoe is made for High-Z CNC machines from CNC Step using Kress / AMB motors.

• single handedly removable brush (no tools needed)
• easy installation, no need to remove for tool change
• No reduction of cnc working space

I use it together with a 550 Watt dust extractor, works very well! Much more quiet and less power hungry than a vacuum. 

Use the “brush mounting fixture” to make it easier to glue the brush hair into the nozzle. Trim to needed length after curing. I used slow curing epoxy. Apply grease or idealy wax to mounting fixture so it does not get glued to the nozzle or brush.
