I used a #6 x 3/8 long sheet metal screw that you can just force into the plastic at any point. That will make for an easier print without having to deal with threads. The guide holes are for reference only and do not need to be used.

Be sure check the length of screw so it does not pierce the plastic and scratch your bike.
