INTRODUCTION
These parts have an original design and are designed directly on the CAD model provided by Tony from Floatwheel.
This top fender was created for all those who want to print the fender at home but don't have a large print volume (e.g. ender 3).
The model is intended to replace the original Floatwheel mudguard and is therefore compatible with both the original minifenders and the HYPERFORMA minifenders:

DESIGN FEATURES
The model has been deformed to make the fender mounting stable and keep it in place while riding. In any case, for those who want to mount it in a stable manner, I have prepared 2 holes for the insertion of M3x4mm inserts (hot insertion or with ultrasound) to be used completely optionally (need to make 3,5 mm Holes on the mini fenders).
An hex texture has also been added to give an aesthetic touch to the model, but at the same time increases the stiffness of the model.
3D PRINTING TIPS
Supports needed, Use support blockers over the entire surface of the texture (they are absolutely not necessary in that area). I suggest the “Slicing Tolerance” parameter set to "exclusive" for those who use Ultimaker CURA.
Among the files you will also find a .3mf in which it is possible to check orientation on the print bed and positioning of supports and support blockers (Ultimaker Cura - Custom Ender 3 PRO).
POST PRODUCTION
The model must be printed twice and then the parts must be glued together. For gluing I suggest using a Cyanoacrylate adhesive in liquid format (better gel) to insert into the grooves for precise and smudge-free gluing (bicomponent epoxy resin could be another valid option). The direction of the layers should make insertion easier, then wait for it to dry completely. If streaks remain, I suggest rubbing the stained areas with a napkin soaked in WD-40.
UPDATE 05/02/2024: Added HYPERFORMA Mini Fenders with countersunk holes for the optional Top Fender mounting with M3x6 screws:
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
