Description
PDFI don't have M3 Heated inserts so I modified the holes to be threaded M3 holes. Can secure the KUSBA in with M3x4 screws such as https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0B3J35JSS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1.
The original model is for the Ender S1 but this worked on my Ender 3 V3 SE.
Extruder Mount:
- Used 2 x M3x4 screws to secure Kusba onto the Mount
- Used 2 x M3x4 screws to secure the mount to the Extruder. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN AS IT WILL BREAK THE MOUNT.
Bed Mount:
- Used 2 x M3x4 screws to secure Kusba onto the Mount.
- Slide the Bed Mount onto the bed. I have a Gold Textured PEI Build Plate. The fit is not too snug but not loose enough for it to move during testing.
Printed it at 0.12mm Layer Height to ensure internal threads are good.
