D-Sub Panel Filler

This is a configurable design that will allow you to print cover plates for d-sub connector knockouts in a computer (or other) chassis.

The design file is for Fusion 360, and you can choose from the primary five types of d-sub connector:

DA-15

DB-25

DC-37

DD-50

DE-9

You can adjust the thickness of the chassis material by adjust the panelThickness parameter.  shrinkOffset can be used to better fit the particular knockout size in your chassis - they should all be the same, but variances do exist. :)

Print from TPU for best results!  The examples shown in the photos were printed with a 15% infill.
