Tesla Tow Hitch Cover screw soluble supports

The original model works quite nicely, but I wanted to try to mek the bit more durable. This means printing them in different orientation to mitigate possible layer adhesion issues. This requires supports and since I have mutlimaterial printing capability, I designed some custom supports with soluble printing in mind.

I print the screw with PETG. BVOH used for the soluble parts.

Original model is rotated and positioned so that it matches the support models.
